    The OneHRIS/MyHR team is a digitalisation team embedded within Group HR. The team is expanding its portfolio by configuring an Oracle cloud solution, to be deployed in all business units of ArcelorMittal in collaboration with local HR and IT teams. The current team is staffed with mainly experienced HR professionals and HRIS specialists.

    We want to enforce the team with someone taking the lead in leveraging the data from all our HR applications, to provide valuable information to our business partners, enabling them to optimize their operations.

    Knowledge and experience:

    • Experience or affinity with BI systems and dashboarding tools is an advantage
    • Experience with SAP is an advantage

    What does the job entail?

    • Act as the application owner of our BI operations, ensuring follow-up of recurrent maintenance executed by our offshore partner and taking care of end user support.
    • Be the project lead of new BI projects, such as
    • Setup of a reporting environment based on Oracle HCM data (define data extracts in Oracle, import in SAP BW, design info cubes, define and implement KPIs, dashboards in collaboration with HR Business Partners.)
      • Discuss with all Business Unit HR organisations + Group HR to discover the group KPI’s related to recruitment, learning, performance management and succession planning
      • Make executive summaries as input for steering committees
      • Define extraction specifications for Oracle HCM
      • Coordinate offshore developments to create the data extractions
      • Define the info cubes in SAP BW based on  the existing architecture
      • Coordinate offshore configuration to set up the data processing in SAP BW
      • Define and implement authorisation rules
    • Introduction of a dashboarding tool and rollout in the group. (SAP SAC cloud tool)
      • Learn SAC
      • Discuss with HR teams the requirements for the visualisation of the group KPIs based on industry best practices
      • Coordinate setup with offshore team
    • Assist in the design and rollout of one the new MyHR modules (e.g. compensation & benefits, strategic workforce planning, …)
    • Assist in the coordination of the OneHRIS operations
    • Coordinate administration as a consequence of (big) re-organisations in the group. (country payroll, leadership developers)
    • Manage continuous improvement of OneHRIS solution (country admin, LD network, offshore technical partner)
    • Follow up recurrent maintenance executed by offshore partner
