  • Recruitment procedure for blue and white collars

    Step 1: application

    Apply to one of our open positions.

    Step 2: pre-selection

    Our recruiter makes a first selection based on your degree. Your cv does not play a role at this stage. This way we want give all candidates equal opportunity, even those without experience.

    Step 3: testing

    You will be offered three tests: 1. logical thinking, 2. a personality test, 3. (when applying for this type of job) a specific technical test (electricity or mecanics). You will be given an hour to complete the tests, afterwards you will immediately be given the results.

    Step 4: interview

    If you do not pass one of the tests, we will discuss the results with you. If you do pass all three tests, we will organise an interview during which we will discuss your job-history and your motivation to work at our company. We will also tell you more about our company, our structure and our way of working. You will also be given the opportunity to ask questions.

    After the interview, we will do a first evaluation. When positive, we determine if there is an open position fitiing your profile. If this is not the case, your details will be added to our active recruitment reserve. When a suitable position opens up, we contact you immediately.

    Step 5: offer

    During the offer we will discuss the content of your future positon and you will be given the opportunity to visit the division or department in which you will be employed.

    Step 6: medical examination

    Step 6 is a general medical examination. A positive result entails you will be offered the opportunity to sign your contract.
