Recruitment procedure for executives
Step 1: application
Apply to one of our open positions.
Step 2: pre-selection
Our recruiter makes a first selection based on your degree. Your cv does not play a role at this stage. This way we want give all candidates equal opportunity, even those without experience.
Step 3: first interview with the HR-team
First you will be invited to an explanatory interview with one our collega’s of the managment development team. During the interview we will talk about the structure of our company, our culture, our expectations and of course your motivation to join our team. You will also be offered plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Step 4: interview in the division
Immediately after the first interview you will be invited to a new interview, this time in the respective division. Here you will be able to talk more about more the job content whilst meeting your (who knows) future colleagues for the first time.
After these two interviews our HR-team will, together with the people involved from the respective division, discuss the different candidates. A first selection will be made. Around four candidates will be invited to the second round.
Step 5: second interview with the HR-team
The second interview with HR will focus more in depth on your motivation, your expectations, our requirements aso.
Step 6: interview with the head of department
Often, but not always, you will then also be invited to have a talk with the head of the department where you will be employed.
After this second round, the HR-team will decide, together with the division, decide who our new colleague will be.
Step 7: offer
If you are our preferred candidate, we will offer you a contract and discuss the financial aspects to the job.
Step 8: medical examination
The final step in our selection is a general medical examination. A positive result entails you will be offered the opportunity to sign your contract.
