What concerns can you report?
You may report any suspected irregularities or misconduct, including (but not limited to):
- Violations of our code of business conduct and other internal guidelines
- Violations of legal or regulatory requirements
- Environmental or social violations and negative impacts (including human rights)
- Non-compliance with governance standards
- Incorrect or misleading accounting, audit or banking
- Bribery or fraud within ArcelorMittal, affiliates and our value chain
