We take every complaint seriously
Every complaint from a neighbor recorded in a central database and assigned to the appropriate internal department. We investigate every complaint thoroughly, often with a visit and sampling at the neighbors , followed by laboratory analyses. With our mobile spectrometer, we can take measurements on site, for example on a car hood or garden table.
We keep the neighbor informed of the investigation and the results. We also provide an appropriate response in the event of external causes. If the cause lies with us, we immediately take measures to limit or eliminate the nuisance. If there is damage, ArcelorMittal Belgium will contribute to the costs. Together with the neighbor , we evaluate neighbor the solution is sufficient and follow up on this.
