On May 19, 2025, we launched a flexible remuneration plan called 'iamflex'. This new remuneration policy is available to all our employees and offers the possibility to personalize the remuneration package.
Our employees work across various locations in Belgium and form a diverse group: from production workers and maintenance technicians to white collars and exempts, young starters and experienced colleagues, people who live nearby or further away. Everyone has different needs and is at a different stage in their lives. With 'iamflex' we offer flexible solutions that respond to that diversity.
'A la carte'
With 'iamflex', our employees can make choices within a fixed framework for their remuneration package. This means that they can flexibly spend their personal budget on 'à la carte' benefits according to their wishes at that moment. The plan integrates existing car and bicycle programs and is supplemented with new options such as multimedia, pension savings reimbursement, and outpatient medical insurance. The plan enables employees to save on various expenses.
Transparent
The flexible remuneration plan is transparent and designed to give our employees a complete insight into what our company has to offer. 'iamflex' provides a detailed and personalized overview of the total remuneration package on an annual basis, including both financial and non-financial elements.
Starting in April 2025, all employees received a clear explanation of 'iamflex' during information sessions.
